This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information Precon360 collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Precon360 is operated by Sabesan Sivasubramaniam, Salesperson, RE/MAX Community Realty Inc., Brokerage, who is responsible for your information. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect:

• Your first and last name, email address and phone number.
• Your preferences, such as the project or home type you're interested in, whether you're buying to live or invest, and whether you're a realtor.
• Your consent choice and the wording you agreed to, so we have a record of it.
• Ad and visit details, such as the page you signed up on, the website that referred you, and ad tracking tags in the link you clicked (for example UTM tags and the Facebook click ID, "fbclid").

Why we collect it

We use your information to contact you about pre-construction projects and related real estate services, including sending floor plans, price lists, deposit details and launch updates you asked for. We also use the ad and visit details to understand which ads and pages are working.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet (Google Sheets, provided by Google) that only Sabesan can access, and a copy of each sign-up is sent to Sabesan by email. Google may store this data on servers outside Canada.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

This site may use cookies and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may record that you visited a page or submitted a form. You can manage this through your browser's cookie settings and your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.

We don't sell your information

We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when needed to help with your purchase (for example, registering you with a builder at your request), with service providers such as Google and Meta that help run this site, or when required by law.

Unsubscribing and withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text message, or email [email protected]. We'll stop contacting you promptly.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
